Helpful simple lil piece of contact paper! My fin is secure now. Love it.
I accidently tossed one of the two pieces of contact paper I ordered, coz it looked like the backing of the other one I used. Pretty bummed.
If you buy one, I highly suggest keeping it in a larger envelop until you apply it to your instrument.
Love my fins! I got these for two U-bass. Makes playing a lot for fun and comfortable. Wonderful design. Acoustic-electric U-bass definitely needs the contact paper.

I love the stingray single pickup but sometimes I need a deeper tone. You can pick around where a P Bass player does for a fatter sound.
Normally I would use a floating thumb technique if picking closer to the Neck. But perhaps the most amazing thing is that it helps my fingernails and knuckles get involved too.
When using a floating thumb technique, where my fingers are more curled and my wrist has to be angled differently. This device solves all those issues.
