Works well. As far as I can tell there is nothing else on the market like it. Does take a little getting used to the feel and distance between the thumb fin and the low E string. Just stick it on and play.
I thought this was a little pricey but really didn’t want to permanently install anything on either my mustang or my stingray so I opted to give this a shot. It works GREAT. It stays in place and does not slide or “migrate”. Really pleased with this.
It really works great, It arrived only a few weeks back so I can't really comment on the durability, especially considering that there are suction cups and those tend to get less effective over time but so far so good.
The only real crticism is that it's not really available to any shops in Europe so any customer from there is forced to import it from the US and with the more expensive shipping it gets unreasonably expensive.
It holds nicely and gives my thumb more surface to rest on when my pick up has a screw on top.
Arrived promptly. Works as it should..stays put and easy to move….doesn’t leave mark on bass. If you never used a thumb rest, for me there was a learning curve but it’s fun to experiment with and you don’t have to drill holes in your bass A fun accessory well worth the price. Try one !,
